Survivors Fighting for Change Foundation (SFC) consists of individuals from all walks of life, who have come together with a common goal and interest; to advocate for victims, invoke change, ensure community safety, and/by raising community and public awareness regarding heinous sexual crimes against children, and the release of their predators. SFC recognizes the issues within the judicial system, and together we will stand with the victims and communities to petition and influence the changes necessary to improve those systems, in order to maintain public safety and restore confidence in the judicial system surrounding such offenses.

CLARE’S LAW The Disclosure to Protect Against Domestic Violence (Clare’s Law) Act gives people who feel at risk of domestic violence a way to get information about their partners so they can make informed choices about their safety. Alberta’s version of Clare’s Law is named after a young woman killed by an ex-boyfriend with a history of violence against women.
SARAH’S LAW Allows controlled access to the Sex Offenders Register, so parents with young children can find out if a child sex-offender is living in their area. Sarah Payne’s mother has always insisted that such a law would have saved her daughter’s life.
